Through centralizing and streamlining local prosecution efforts, the Scott Joint Prosecution initiative helped forge the fundamental principles of SCALE even before SCALE was officially created. Through the JPA and SCALE, member entities have also received the benefit of an additional coordinated crime analyst. All in all, this countywide resource benefits SCALE members at an estimated $415,000 each year. Pre-dates SCALE, enhanced through the partnership.
